Customers must record a clear parcel opening video at the time of delivery.
The video must show the sealed package being opened clearly.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, this video is mandatory for verification.
❌ No parcel opening video = No return, no refund, no exchange.
Order Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to process and ship orders quickly. However, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped.
In many cases, orders may be processed within 1 hour of placement.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be initiated after deducting any payment gateway or banking charges, if applicable.
Refunds are processed only if the order has not been shipped.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account.
Refunds generally reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Policy
The complete return process may take 6–8 business days after approval.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product is defective
Product received is incorrect
Conditions:
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging, invoice, and tags must be intact

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:
Sale / Discounted / Clearance items
Customized, stitched, or made-to-order products
Products that are used, washed, altered, or tampered with
Products damaged due to customer handling

Reverse Pickup & Courier Returns
Reverse pickup may take 3–6 business days depending on location.
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to courier the product themselves.
Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹120, subject to submission of courier receipt via email.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging and delivery to our warehouse.
Refund Processing After Return
Refunds are initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.
BollywoodLehenga.in shall not be liable for delays caused by courier transit or logistics issues.
No interest or compensation can be claimed for return or refund delays.
Abuse of Return Policy
To protect genuine customers:
Accounts with excessive returns or COD refusals may have COD disabled
Shipping charges may be deducted in such cases
